McKay's Medical Fund

Hi, I am McKay Richins. I am a 20 year old college student and I suffer from severe migraines. It all started my sophomore year in high school after getting four concussions from high school sports. Since the fourth one, on a scale from 1-10, I have never gone a day without a headache at a level 5 and it spikes to a 10 at least once a week! I regretfully had to come home from my LDS mission because of my headaches. Since returning home, my headaches have not improved at all! My family has spent hours and hours and thousands of dollars on different doctors in hopes to find some help! But sadly nothing has helped me so far. After much researching, prayer and fasting myself and from my family and friends, I feel it's no coincidence that I just recently found a group of doctors who specialize in concussion therapy and rehabilitation. I visited them today and as they analyzed my circumstances and symptoms, they feel I am a great candidate for their rehabilitation. This program has a very high success rate with people who suffer like I do. I am so excited that our prayers have been answered! However the expense is too great for me to tackle and I am crushed because there is no way for me or my family to pay for this. But, again there is another miracle, today I just was told about this site. Even if I could raise half of this needed money that would be a tremendous help!! Any amount would help and greatly appreciated. I really want to get rid of these headaches so that I can reach my full potential in schooling, and in being a future husband and father.
