GR Little League Baseball Sponsor

I am looking to sponsor a little league team for the upcoming 2016 season in the town of Glen Rock NJ in honor of the late Kevin McElroy Sr., who passed away this past September.

Kevin McElroy Sr. was an integral part of the GR Little League program and was my first coach when I moved to Glen Rock back in the 80s.

I went to school with his two sons Kevin & Brian and they are two stand-up dudes. 

I know this isn't a grand gesture, but it came to my mind as soon as I heard of his passing.

Any additional funds raised beyond the goal will go towards the team (pizza parties), perhaps a second team (different age group), multiple year sponsorship, a plaque or bench at one of the fields and/or donated to a charity of the McElroy family's choice.
Any other ideas are welcome as well. Feel free to leave them in the comments section.

I would like to get the application and payment submitted to the GRBSA association by 1/30/16 to make sure that we 'nab' a team.

Any name suggestions are welcome, but ultimately it will be approved/selected by the McElroys (who don't know I'm doing this yet, so please keep it a surprise until funded if possible).
