Maxam Heart Surgery

In early June, Chris and Becky’s world got turned upside down after finding out Chris suffers from 2 congenital heart conditions: Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) which is a thickening of the heart muscle and a congenital defect called anomalous right coronary artery from the left sinus valsalva (ARCA); his artery originates from the wrong part of the heart and weaves through other arteries, which causes a lack of blood flow.  He is having open heart surgery at Duke with two different surgeons that each specialize in one of the specific defects.  This gofundme is to raise money Chris' medical bills and money for loss of income as he will be out of work anywhere from 6 weeks to 2 months.
