Matt's Fight Against Kidney Disease

My cousin Matt, 15, has been battling kidney disease (FSGS) for 11 years. In the last year, Matt has relapsed and is now experiencing End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) – his kidneys have completely shut down. He starts dialysis in hospital tomorrow and will continue peritoneal dialysis at home. Hopefully, he will be able to get a kidney transplant soon. Although Matt’s parents, Grady and Amanda, do have insurance, their own financial responsibility has been tremendous already and will be even greater now with his dialysis and possible transplant, additional hospital stays, travel, food, etc. Please help us do all we can to ease their financial burden so they can meet their medical financial responsibilities as well as keep their home, continue to care for Matt and their other wonderful son, Josh, and take care of their regular monthly expenses such as utilities.
