Congestive Heart Falure Help!

Hi All, I am starting a Go Fund Me for my son Matthew  Rubadou, who was recently diagnosed with  Congestive  Heart Failure at only age 37.  . He was waking up at night feeling like he was drowning. His Dr. did an EKG, and sent him straight to the emergency room.  After 3 days of testing, they can't seem to  find the cause, just that his heart is only working at 20%. ( They put you on heart transfer list at around 18%)!
   He has medical insurance  he pays himself (which costs $288. a month), but just co-pays for the MRIs, EKGs, Heart Catheters and the 3 day stay in the hospital  is over $6000 so far.  He also has co-pays for Dr. visits and medication, and other expenses ie: rent, car payments  etc. which are all getting harder to keep up. 
   He hasn't  been cleared to return to work and  it most certainly  will not be able to go back to his current profession as an automotive painter and auto mechanic.   
     His TDI  just ran out last week, and now waiting to hear from SSI.  
   The Dr.'s advice is  "Not to stress out or  worry, ". .. .I am trying to take some of that stress and worry away!
