Mateo's fight against Leukemia

This is Gabriel Mateo Ramirez, he is a loving 3 year old boy who was diagnosed  with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on Monday September 10, 2018. In the past week, Mateo has undergone multiple procedures such as bone marrow biopsy, spinal tap and multiple blood transfusions.  The doctors have explained that Mateo will need to undergo chemotherapy treatments for the next 2 years. He will begin his first chemotherapy treatment on Wednesday September 19th.   We cannot put in words how overwhelming this has been for Mateo and his parents Diego & Kelly.  Friends and family members have come together to support Mateo but we realize this may not be enough. The high costs of medical treatments, missing work, and other expenses is the main challenge.  We ask for your financial support to help Diego & Kelly reduce the financial strain they will face while they care for Mateo.  We ask that you put your hands on your hearts and help with any amount that you can. We also ask that you please keep Mateo and his family in your prayers so they can get through this difficult time and Mateo is cured. May God bless you!  . . . Este angelito es Gabriel Mateo Ramirez, el es un amoroso niño de 2 años y fue diagnosticado con leucemia linfoblástica aguda el Lunes 10 de Septiembre del 2018. La semana pasada, Mateo se sometió a múltiples procedimientos como una biopsia de médula ósea, punción lumbar y multiples transfusiones de sangre. Mateo necesitará someterse a tratamientos de quimioterapia durante los próximos 2 años. Él comenzará su primer tratamiento de quimioterapia el miércoles 19 de septiembre. No podemos expresar con palabras lo duro que ha sido esto para Mateo y sus padres Diego y Kelly. Amigos y familiares nos unimos para apoyar a Mateo de muchas maneras pero nos hemos dado cuenta de que esto no es suficiente. Los altos costos de tratamientos médicos, dias perdidos de trabajo y otros gastos son el principal desafío. Su apoyo financiero para aliviar a Diego y Kelly a reducir la presión financiera que enfrentarán mientras cuidan a Mateo y durante todo este proceso es de gran ayuda. Les pedimos que por favor pongan sus manos en sus corazones y se unan a esta causa, cualquier cantidad que sea posible ayudará a Mateo y su familia.
