Mary Marino Medical Expenses

Mary Marino was the house cook for the Zeta Phi Chapter of Alpha Chi Rho Fraternity at Clarkson University for 35 years. Since her retirement, she has been extremely involved in the fraternity and treats every single brother as her own grandson. For nearly 40 years, she has remembered almost every single brother’s name that has come through our house, and loves each and everyone one us, just as we love her.

A few weeks ago, Mary was diagnosed with Leukemia at the age of 76. On Thursday, November 29th, she was placed in the ICU at Ogdensburg Hospital in Ogdensburg, NY. She needs a bone marrow transplant and dialysis quickly as the cancer is hindering her kidneys from working properly. If her kidneys do not respond well to the treatment, there is a good chance that Mary will never leave the hospital.

The brothers of Alpha Chi Rho are trying to raise money for the Marino Family at this time, with the goal of covering medical bills and any other expenses that they may endure. Any amount will help. Mary has impacted over 500 young men throughout the years, and she deserves all the help that she can get.
