Our sweet Marley is having surgery today. (12/19/18)
We found a 20 cm mass in his abdomen 2 weeks ago. It's HUGE and is growing rapidly.
We met with a surgeon yesterday and did a CT scan and they found Marley a good candidate for surgery! The mass is not connected to any major organs or blood vessels and has not spread at all. ALL GOOD SIGNS!! They may have to take out his spleen but the surgeon thinks he will be back to normal after recovery from surgery.
This has been a really tough year for us and our animals. We lost our kitty Louie in January, almost lost Tucker in April and now this with our big dog. All this has taken a large toll on our bank accounts.
Everyone keeps asking what I would like for my birthday and all i want is a healthy happy dog! So, if you were planning on getting me a gift, please don't. Please donate here to help offset his surgery costs.
