Mari's Emergency Dental Surgery

My teeeth are causing me agonizing skull splitting pain and I MUST go to the dentist, today. I cannot afford whatever surgery they will ask of me, however, I just overdosed on ibuprofen and codeinde trying to ignore the pain, to the point where  I vomited the pills back up.
