Marianne Harvey's Spinal Injury

Donation protected
Last Saturday Marianne had an accident at her home that caused major spinal damage.  The initial prognosis was very bad.  Marianne didn't have any feeling from the neck down and couldn't talk.  Doctors advised that an immediate operation was necessary and that there would be likely several other surgeries over the coming months.

The first operation thankfully went well and Marianne now has some feeling back in her fingers and toes and the doctors were able to remove the breathing tube which should allow her to get out of the ICU and into rehab a little sooner.

Everyone is happy with these early results but the road to recovery is expected to be long.

Everyone that knows Marianne and her husband Matt know that they are two of the kindest and most caring people you will ever meet.  They also have two of the cutest and sweetest children, Dax and Mila.  Marianne will be out of work for a while now and Matt has been taking time off of work to help with everything as well.

As I'm sure everyone knows the medical bills will be coming and all of the other normal household expenses won't stop because of this.  If you can provide any help during this difficult time it would be greatly appreciated by the Harvey's and all of their friends and family who love them.

I'll do my best to keep this page updated.  Thanks for caring and any generosity you can offer...every little bit helps!
