Marc was born March 3,2016 to Moises and Allison Garcia and was a shining light for all that knew him. He tragically passed away July 9, 2016. Moises is a field medic for the U.S. Army stationed in Ft. Riley, KS. Allison devoted every moment to Marc and Moises, creating a warm safe home.
