Marathon For METCO Scholarship Fund

Since graduating college last June, this has been a year of firsts for me:  working on my first campaign, joining the transition team, and filling my first professional role as Executive Aide to our newly elected Mayor.

To add to that list, I am running my first Marathon, the 122nd running of the Boston Marathon on Monday, April 16.

I’m Newton born and raised and a proud product of its public schools, so I’ve decided to support a program, the METCO Scholarship Program , that affords students from neighboring schools to join our educational community and enjoy the benefit of the world class education it offers.
