Who we are:
We are a marketing agency based in Guelph. Ontario Canada. Just before the crisis was declared two of our team members, at Mao Marketing had travelled to Somalia to film a documentary SILSILAD about the farmers in Lower Shabelle regions of Somalia. Mohamed and Izzo have witnessed the sufferings of the farmers and their families and had a lifetime experience.
How the funds will be spent:
We have partnered with Somali Agriculture Technical Group (SATG), a renowned organization dedicated in the reconstruction of farming and agricultural methodologies in Somalia. SATG will receive the funding, convert it into food aid to distribute it to the most vulnerable in the effected areas.
Transparency:
We have SATG dedicated individuals on the ground to ensure the aid reaches the needy. We are bypassing other aid NGO’s that have lots of administration costs and employees.
We will film the impact your donation has on those that are in need.
