My father, Manouk Kassabian, was taken from us Sunday July 14. He was doing what he loved. Riding his motorcycle on a beautiful day. Without going into detail the unimaginable happened and we are left in shock, in disbelief, and in pain. As most of you know, we lost my brother, Kristopher Kassabian, in 2013 the same way.
My father is survived by his beautiful wife, Dee, his son, Tony, daughter-in-law, Kelly, myself, his son-in-law, Jeff, and his three precious granddaughters, Skye, Keira, & Ella. We are left to ensure that his legacy, his salon business that he grew from his passion and determination, thrives. We are left to ensure that his wife is financially able to keep things afloat, while coping with the unimaginable.
Those who knew him know that he was full of life and lived it large. Unfortunately, there were no plans in place to cover the costs of an untimely departure.
I have already had numerous emails, texts and messages from people asking how they can help. Here it is. Your donation, no matter the size, will help immensely in everything that goes along with losing a loved one.
Memorial plans are still being arranged. We do know that it will be held at Mcnerney's in San Pedro. Date and time will be posted here as well as on their website and our social media pages.
