Making davids life a little easier

My name is Summer, I am 17, and my close friend David really needs everyone's help. David was born with a disorder called cerebral palsy. This causes him to have poor coordination, stiff muscles, and trouble speaking. You would think this would slow him down but he is actually one of the hardest workers I have ever met and has the biggest and kindest heart. I have been working with david for about 6 months now and his positivity and love has really impacted my life in such a wonderful way. Unfortunately David doesn't have one place he can call home and has been shifting from staying with friends to sometimes staying with his mother. His mother lives almost 30 minutes from work and without our knowledge he would sometimes bike in the cold for almost 2 hours and still show up with a smile on his face. The moment one of my co-workers found out that he was riding his bike for such a long distance we all flooded him with offers of rides. He is so incredibly modest that he refuses to take us up on them or ask for any help if he needed it. Last week he was riding his bike to work and it broke. He has been hoping around getting rides but that really isn't reliable and won't be practical for long. David was telling me that he is going to try and save up to buy an electric bike but they are pretty pricey. So if there is any way that any of you could help David out just the tiniest bit it would make a huge difference in his life. No one deserves your help more than him!
