Major Back Surgery Fund

I am a single mom of a 14year old daughter who is in need of major back surgery. I found out last week that my back is broken (bilateral pars defect) and the only way to fix it is with a spinal fusion. It is a long and painful surgery with up to a 4 month time frame for a complete recuperation. Being a single mom with a teenager and working 2 jobs already it is not something I can afford to do in the near future without some kind of outside help. Right now it is a daily struggle, I am taking nerve medicine to help reduce the pain from nerves being pinched but I can't be on them forever and must face the inevitable, surgery or constant pain, I would rather opt for surgery if at all possible. So, if anyone can or is willing to help it would be a greatly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance.
