Maine family of 6 loses everything in house fire

Donation protected
Hello Family, Friends, and supportive community
Today, 2/21/19, our sister's family was affected by a devastating house fire. She lives in rural Newburgh, ME with her partner and their four boys. Thankfully, they were not home when the home caught fire. However, everything was lost.  Their clothes, furniture, photos and sentimental valuables are all gone. Most tragic, especially for the boys, is that their beloved black Lab Bella was caught in the fire and did not survive.

Anyone who knows Jessica and Damon know what a loving and giving couple they are. They would do anything for anyone in their time of need. They need us, our support now in their time of need. They are suffering through an unimaginable loss, but because of the loving and giving people around them, there is hope. They need your help to get through this impossible time.

Unfortunately their home was not insured at the time of the fire and they will need to completely rebuild their family home out-of-pocket. The kids will need to return from school break in a few days and they do not have clothes, backpacks, school supplies and necessities needed.  Jess is working in the central Maine area as a traveling CNA and Damon is a local trucker. They are a hard working couple but they can't give their family everything they need on their own.

We are pleading for your generosity to give their much deserving family a fresh start. Please show their boys the goodness and kindness of their community.

In addition to financial donation, if you are able, please send donation to the family for  school supplies, gift cards to grocery stores, clothing stores, etc.
