Maggie has severe pneumonia. Pls help.

Maggie was adopted from a shelter last weekend and I starting noticing signs of kennel cough so we took her to the vet and they prescribed her antibiotics. She was on her antibiotics for a couple days and I didn’t notice a change in her health. So we decided to take her to the pet hospital where she was diagnosed with sever pneumonia. She is currently being hospitalized there. She needed a feeding tube, iv, oxygen, blood work and xrays. Her vet bill is very high and life always seems to happen when you’re struggling the most. My other dog started coughing last night as well, and I’m really hoping it doesn’t progress to pneumonia. I’m taking him to the vet today while Maggie is being hospitalized. Any little bit helps with this unfortunate situation. Thank you so much.
