Madison Lynn Robinson is 2 years old. She was diagnosed with Ulverative Colitis in 2016.
Her medical team at Numerous Children's Hospital in Orlando, FL have been working tirelessly to get Madison into remission but have been unsuccessful thus far. Madison has had 2 colonoscopy and 1 upper endoscopy where it also shows ulcers in her stomach. Madison was hospitalized last week for 4 days and started on a new treatment, Today she is being readmitted for a blood transfusion and starting Remicade Infusion.
The mounting medical bills, copays, medications and uncover medical expenses are building. Loss of work for Stephen and Heather continues, both of their employers have been very understanding, but time off work means loss of wages.
We are asking our community of friends and family for any donation to help them get thru this rough time.

Madison update:
Recently Madison underwent another colonoscopy and upper endoscopy which gave her doctors at Nemours a clearer picture, they have upgraded her diagnosis to Chron’s Disease. She continues getting her Remicade infusions, they have now added Methotrexate, Vancomycin and Bactrim to the list of medications we give at home. They have converted her G-Tube to a Button and there are no further plans at this time for surgery. Her current medication list is not covered by insurance. We are also trying to arrange a trip to Philadelphia Children’s Hospital to meet with Dr. Kelsen, she has been consulting with the The Team at Nemours and strongly wants to meet Madison. Current photo of Madion asleep at the Infusion Center getting her Remicade Infusion.... or should I say “Shimmer” her new favorite character!
Please share Madison’s Go Fund me account as paying for medications and monthly trips to Orlando are quite expensive.

Madison update: Today Madison is in Orlando getting her next Remicade Infusion. Dr Franciosi is happy with how she is now responding to the Remicade and her levels show that. Her Hemaglobin level is normal and her Iron is still a little on the low side. Her weight is stable and overall seems to be well. With that being said his concern again falls to Nutrition, as any 2 1/2 year old they are not the best eaters. Her growth on the charts are all within normal, but as we know she has Early On Set Inflammatory Bowel disease. His concern is she is responding to the Remicade and doing well but he is not willing to give up the mountains she has overcome and has decided he would like to place a G-Tube for good nutrition. So tomorrow she is scheduled for G-Tube placement, this will ensure that Madison gets good Nutrition and hopefully is on the right track to get her into remission! Dr Franciosi will also be doing a flexible sigmoidoscopy tomorrow to check and see if healing looks to be occurring. Keep her in your prayers everyone, especially tomorrow as she will be under anesthesia for the placement! #madisonstrong

Madison Lynn had her feeding tube removed on Friday. They also held her Remicade Infusion. Hoping to go 4 weeks between infusions now! Keep the prayers coming, she needs to eat and she is not crazy about food (i think she relates food to pain)! But we are starting with the basics and prays she does well without the tube. If they have to put it back in it will be a J tube!
