Machine goes to Nationals 2019
Founded in 1972 as the country’s first collegiate men’s ultimate frisbee team, Machine’s mission has always been to foster a family around the mutual love of the sport. That very ideal is ingrained in our team motto, FMUMF - “Friends Make Ultimate More Fun.”
Last weekend, Machine won the Metro East regionals for the first time since 2014, and consequently qualified for the USAU College Nationals in Round Rock, Texas. In order to make it there, however, we need your help. Our team of 30 players and coaches are currently raising funds to attend the tournament and are asking for your support. All donations will contribute towards our overall goal of $20,000, which will cover all expenses including flights, lodging and player fees. Only with your help will we be able to compete at the world’s most competitive college tournament.
All donations are accepted and more than appreciated. Every contributor will receive a vinyl FMUMF sticker and live score updates from the tournament as gratitude for your payment.
Evanna Wang will be in charge of withdrawing the funds to pay for flights, hotel, team dinners, and transportation.
