Wheels for Troy

My son Troy was born with a rare condition in which he only has one arm, a leg brace, and a prosthetic leg. Because of his mobile disadvantage, he was awarded a customized wheelchair. This wheelchair has afforded Troy the mobility and independence he needs to be as normal as possible. On Tuesday October 30th, 2018, Troy went to visit his grandmother and parked his wheel chair at a neighbors house because his grandmothers apartment complex does not have an elevator. Unfortunately, Troys wheelchair was stolen. We have exhausted all options in finding the wheelchair and trying to get another through insurance of which has not materialized. We are now asking for your help in order to get another. Thank you in advance!
