Helping Tommy get a used van

Hey guys! Tommy Stone has Schizencephaly, which means he was born with a hole in the middle of his brain. This makes his right side of his body not work. He is permanently disabled and in a wheelchair for the rest of his life. He is 24 years old. His mom is Jeanne Stone. She has taken care of Tommy his whole life and she will continue to take care of him until she is not able to anymore. As a child Tommy was light and it was easy to pick Tommy up and move him around and put a small wheelchair in the van. As Tommy is getting older and bigger, and Jeanne is getting older and more fragile, it's harder for her to put a 300lb wheelchair in her van to take Tommy places. As of right now she is using four wheeler Ramps and it is really dangerous operating the wheelchair when it can sometimes have a mind of its own and go out of control. 300lb is a lot of weight to lose control and get in and out of a van by four wheeler ramps. Lets help Jeanne and Tommy raise enough money to buy a wheelchair lift for their van to keep them both safe and let it be more easier on both of them to get Tommy from point A to B! Tommy did have a fundraiser last year but fell short of the amount of money needed. Thanks everyone!
