Surgery for Abandoned Irma Dog

Meet Luna, the 5 year old brown nose cur my husband and i rescued from The Jacksonville Humane Society. she was found in clay county just before the storm. The Humane Society did a quick spay and then let her go home with us 2 days later. Shortly after Luna was rushed to the emergency room in the middle of the night when her stitches came out from three layers of skin and the abdominal wall. After anesthesia and the surgery we are broke. please help us.
