In Memory of Lydia Rose Grabenschroer

Lydia Rose Grabenschroer was a caring, loving, selfless, and unique human being. She was a mother, twin, sister, daughter, girlfriend, aunt, cousin, niece, granddaughter, friend, and the most beautiful person we knew. Her laugh was contagious and she always had a smile on her face.

She passed away on May 18, 2019 at the age of 23. These donations will be used for the expenses of her services. All remaining funds will be put towards supporting her son, Nicolai Otto DiGiacomo.
