Luke made it into Drum Corps!

My younger brother Luke has been working hard to audition for The Academy Drum and Bugle Corps. He went to Phoenix in December for his first audition, and he got a callback for his second audition! He just got back from his second audition in Phoenix and...he got in!! Now comes the hard part: funding his way to his dream.

Luke is the youngest in our family and he’s ALWAYS been obsessed with music. He’s never gotten the chance to do anything at this scale and this would be a dream come true for him, not to mention the learning experiences and how this will help him with college applications.

Now that he’s learned that he’s been accepted for Drum Corps this year, he’s applying for part time jobs between school and band practice. Still, it’s going to be hard to reach the goal of $4,000. ANY little bit towards this goal is going to help!

I’ve never seen him want anything more than this, so I’m doing everything I can to help, and I’m asking anyone who loves music to help. I know this kid is going to accomplish great things and this is just the first stepping stone, I can’t wait to see what he does next!
