Lucy's Surgery Recovery

I am finally on track to receive top surgery on the NHS this year! Although my surgery cost will be covered by the NHS there are a number of costs associated with transition which I am struggling to cover; travel to and from Manchester, hotels, time off work whilst recovering, post surgery medicines and post surgery accommodation in Manchester. 

I hate to ask for money to help with this but any small amount would really be appreciate and help me cover these final costs towards my transition.
