Lucky Dog Rescue Bali

Donation protected
Bali has some of the worst conditions for stray dogs that I’ve ever seen. During my trip it’s been an honour to volunteer at Lucky Dog Rescue Centre and here is where I met one of the most selfless humans ever!

Claudia runs the rescue centre which is mostly funded by herself. This includes food 2x per day for 100 dogs, medical bills, employee wages, toys, blankets etc. Unfortunately this leaves very limited funds for spaying and neutering which is so overlooked due to the cost.

More dogs being sterilised means that there are less strays on the streets of Bali. Local dog owners often cannot afford to keep the puppies so they are dumped on road sides, even before they’re due to leave their mothers, and sadly are left for dead.

Jul and Romeo are just 2 of the many dogs I met at Lucky Dog Rescue. They were found on a roadside by Claudia with various health conditions including starvation. As you can see, the work of Claudia and the team means that Jul and Romeo have grown into happy healthy dogs and, although they’ve not yet been adopted, they are safe and being cared for until they find a forever home!

As requested by Claudia, all funds raised will be given directly to Central Vets in Bali and will pay for any medical bills including sterilisation.

I would be over the moon if you could help me in my quest to make life even just a little bit better for these adorable animals. Every penny counts and no donation is too small!

Thanks in advance for any donations.
