Lucas unexpectedly went to be with the Lord as a result of a massive stroke. He spent 12 days hospitalized at UPMC in Pittsburgh and Ruby Memorial Hospitals.
Lucas was only 33 years old, he did not have life insurance nor was his family prepared for the expenses that would lie ahead.
His sisters have set up this account to assist Lucas’s parents with the cost of hospitalization and funeral costs.
A scholarship fund has been set up through Camp Kno-Koma in Lucas’s memory. The family would also like to assist with sending children diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes to this camp in Lucas’s honor.
