This page has been created to support a wonderful family in our Wood River Valley Community. Eric, Anna, Azia, and Luca Mathieu. Eric serves the community as a Lieutenant for Wood River Fire and Rescue and Anna is a real estate agent with Windemere.
Their son Luca has developed a limp over the last three years. Recently doctors have discovered a mass in his brain. This is a scary and uncertain time for the Mathieu’s. Luca has been going through extensive tests to determine the nature and severity of the mass in his brain.
Luc Mathieu is 13 years old and is a student at the Wood River Middle School. He enjoys playing lacrosse, mountain biking, rock climbing, and playing video games.
The fire department provides health insurance for the family but it does not cover all the expenses incurred by the need to travel out of state for consultation and treatment.
This account has been set up by friends to support the Mathieu family during this difficult and uncertain time. The specialized care that Luca needs is not available in Idaho so we are asking for donations to assist the Mathieu’s with the associated travel and medical expenses. Anything helps.
