Facebook family and friends I have allowed myself to be vulnerable to all of you as I struggle with the chronic disease of end stage renal disease. This has left unable to work for the time being as I work to take care of myself and bring me back to my feet. With that I am in need of financial help to maintain our home, cars and my riding medical bills. Dialysis is 3 times a week and am in need of a fistula which is on hold until Medicare is approved. I am slated for a preassessment at Northwestern this June which again is contingent upon Medicare approval. I have no insurance and I cannot afford cobra.
