LOCAL UBER Driver Needs Help

  Be very careful how you lift things. Lift with your legs, Not your back!
  After lifting a walker, for my girlfriend, I pinched a nerve in my lower back/right hip...or so I thought. After an MRI and x-rays, I'm told that I have a herniated disc, and that a Discectomy should take care of the issue.
  I am now awaiting for Surgery Authorization from my insurance company.
   I am/was a Full-time Uber driver, but now I'm having a hard time keeping up with my monthly bills, and that is an added stress that I don't need. I have reached out to certain agencies, about assistance, and was promised help with what they could. And for that, I am forever grateful!!!
   The Neurosurgeon said that my recovery time should be about 6 weeks, if all goes as planned. And...to put my thoughts about his Credentials and Track record at rest, his Creds include being an Assistant Professor. Good enough for me!!
   I'm hoping to have surgery within a couple of weeks.
