Huge hugs to Trish Foley for reaching out and deciding it’s time to step up for The Doherty's. Everyone wants and has helped in so many ways already. They really need us now.
The Doherty's are in the hugest battle of their lives with Larry's cancer. This scum bag disease struck Larry about 10 years ago and has incurred bills they never saw coming. Many of you graciously contributed then to the fundraiser we had at the Norwood Elks that long ago. Thank you again.
Larry & Paula Doherty live in Norwood, MA and have two beautiful kids Miss Kelsie (a freshman at Stonehill College) and Handsome Jack (a sophomore at Norwood High). About 10 years ago, Larry was diagnosed with cancer. He's had every treatment you can imagine.
Larry's in the fight of his life as I type. Paula has been out of work for weeks and I can't even imagine the extra burden of where the money is coming to help ease their burden on top of just worrying and caring for Larry.
All monies donated will help Paula pay incurred medical costs and living expenses.
I know this line gets tossed around a lot at many fundraisers - but seriously - any amount donated is truly going to help make a difference.
