We must help take care of the vessel that carries Linda's beautiful spirit in this life so she can continue to do what she has always done best ... serving others.
Without hesitation or effort, Linda has spent her entire life taking care of others. She not only helped her mother in her time of illness but also her father as he was faced with Alzheimer's with no support from the health care system.
As a single mother and sole owner of two businesses, Linda prevailed with a smile on her face and hope in her heart - a love and hope she clearly instilled in her children, Lisa and Andrew.
She continued her benevolence in her work with her clients, always extending herself so that they may receive care at their time in need.
As for the loved ones in her life, everyone who knows her personally can attest to her provision of unending support whether it was a kind word, a listening ear, a big hug, a well deserved home cooked meal and even a place to live for some time.
Her divine nature has touched us all and as I said to Linda, "It is time for you to receive my love."
Linda was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer this summer, only a few months ago, and has already started an aggressive 6 month chemotherapy program followed by surgery.
The side effects of chemotherapy are progressively staggering, beginning with nausea, fatigue and dehydration and then circulatory and nerve damage and depleted immunity.
Support for Linda is imperative as she is the sole provider in her home and already is taking only 1/4 of her clients due to these side effects and the physical nature of her work, affecting her income.
Having to support herself with little government assistance, Linda will be even more challenged at the time of her surgery in 2017 when she cannot work at all for 3 months.
All funds will go directly to Linda herself and will cover the following expenses:
1- fuel and parking fees related to chemotherapy treatment
2- some medications
3- clothing required due to chemotherapy and surgery
4-basic living expenses
5-house maintenance fees (cleaning/repair)
Any assistance will alleviate the financial stress that works against her healing process. Your contribution is truly valued at this time and we truly thank you!
