Louie Armstrong Needs our Help!

Louie Armstrong from Jazz's kittens has been living the life since adoption! He's settled in so wonderfully with his human Mama Laura and instantly bonded with his big brother Sammie- they even take turns grooming eachother! He spends his days helping his mom play solitaire and patrolling the highest places in the home. After a recent move, Louie had found lots of new places to climb and play- but had a terrible accident this morning when he jumped off the top of the kitchen cabinets.
Laura was going through their usual morning routine when she noticed Louie wasn't waiting in his usual spot. She began calling out to him but got no response and she began searching her home frantically. She discovered him curled up on the kitchen counter behind some items and when she tried to pick him up he began hissing and growling. She finally convinced him to get up but it was evident he was unable to put any weight on his back right leg. Laura rushed him to the Emergency Veterinarian where he was diagnosed with a broken hip. Louie is scheduled to have an FHO surgery on Monday 7/9 that will total $2200.
Laura will need to be able to come up with 50% of the total surgery cost ($1100) so they can proceed with surgery and then she will be able to get on a payment plan for the remainder. Please consider helping Laura raise the funds to get Louie the surgery that he needs and get back to being the wonderful, playful kitten that we have all come to know and love! <3
