Lost wages due to hip surgery

Hi, my name is Jesse Colon. I’m 40 years old and I needed a hip replacement that was done at the end April. The surgery procedure didn’t go as smooth as I hoped and medical bills are adding up. My short term disability for the next two months is not enough to cover my bills, mortgage and medicinal expenses therefore I am asking to raise this amount to make up some of my lost wages until I return to work.
