Lopan needs spinal surgery

I've been left with no other option but to ask for help. My 4 year old dog is suffering from major spinal problems and needs back surgery (hemilaminectony) immediately or he will become fully paralyzed. I've been denied an application to care credit and there's literally nowhere else I can turn. I can't let him suffer and I can't let him die. I hate asking for help but this isn't for me and he can't exactly ask for help. Please anything to help my best friend.
