London Marathon for Kidney Research

I'm running the London Marathon 2019 to raise money for Kidney Research UK.

I will be running in memory of my cousins, Hannah and Aimee Warner, who sadly passed away following complications from Polycystic Kidney Disease. Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) is a genetic disorder characterised by numerous cysts in the kidneys. Cases tend to be very serious - the disease progresses rapidly and is often fatal in the first few months of life. There is currently no cure.

At the moment, there are 3 million people in the UK whose lives are threatened by kidney disease. Your donations will help to fund further research into disease prevention, treatments for patients, and ultimately a cure for kidney disease.

I want to honour the memory of my cousins and help others suffering with kidney disease by raising money for this amazing charity. This is why I'm taking on the challenge of running the London Marathon on 28th April 2019,  being fortunate enough to be selected for a charity place for Kidney Research UK.

As I take on this challenge, your support would mean the world to me - no matter how big or small, your donations will make a difference, and work towards a future where children like Hannah and Aimee can go on to live happy lives free from kidney disease.

Thank you for your support!
