Logan Montgomery

CW2 Logan Montgomery, age 31, beloved husband of Nilaja and father of Justice, age 5, attempted to end his life in the early morning hours of 12 April, 2019 with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.  Logan has survived this attempt and is currently in recovery, however his family has been overcome with medical and legal costs having just recently purchased a new home. Logan has had a distinguished 14 year career in the U.S. Army with multiple combat deployments to both Iraq and Afghanistan.  During these deployments he was assigned to U.S. Army Special Operations units including 2d Ranger Battalion, the 75th Ranger Regimental headquarters, and 10th Special Forces Group.  He is currently assigned to 1st Space Battalion at Fort Carson.  This donation site is for those who want to contribute to help the Montgomery family get through this difficult time as well as raise awareness for veteran suicide rates.
