Log Truck Wreck Survivor Jason Wood

Help the helper! Jason has always been generous to others and helped them. Now he needs your help.
Jason was involved in a near fatal log truck accident when his trailer failed which rolled the truck releasing the logs and totally crushing the cab of the truck. Jason was critically injured and airlifted to South Alabama Medical Center in Dothan. He was put in the Critical Care Unit with a collapsed lung, severely damaged hands, brain bleed, broken ribs, and staples/stitches with lacerations all over his body. He has already undergone one surgery to repair his hands. He has more surgery to go.
Looking at his truck, it is amazing he was able to climb out and survive. Fortunately, no one else was injured. Jason faces a long road to recovery including months of therapy and doctor visits. We hope he will be released from the hospital soon. He is in a lot of pain but is speaking and eager to get better.
Jason has been surrounded with family and friends who love him deeply and have shown support. It will be a VERY LONG road ahead.
Insurance is either none or very limited. Medical bills, missed time from work, and just necessities of life are hitting hard.
Thank you to everyone for the outpouring of concern, love, and support. Jason and Kim are very appreciative and thankful.
