LJ Kidon's Army

Lorden "LJ" Kidon was an inspiring young man. He worked nonstop to raise money to help find a cure for the disease that he battled on a daily basis. He brought joy to everyone he met and touched so many lives. He loved his friends and family deeply. He was always concerned about how other's were doing, when he was the one that was battling a terrible disease. 

Sadly, LJ passed away unexpectedly due to complications related to Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. LJ would have turned 15 on April 7th. He was about to become an uncle for the first time.  He was full of life and enjoying every minute of it.

LJ passed away far too soon and his mother is left mourning the death of her son. Without a life insurance policy his mother is now, not only dealing with the passing of her son, but also the burden of funeral expenses. LJ's mom gave everything she could to her son. She made many sacrifices so that she was able to spend time with her son because she knew that his limited time was valuable. That meant that in order to make LJ comfortable she had to spend almost everything she made on him.  Due to the expensive costs of funerals, she does not have the funds to pay for it.
