Liz Adams Medical
Hello everyone, this is Patty Adams (Liz mother in law)
Thank you for all the prayers, meals and visits that have
been so powerful to our family.
Liz was diagnosed with MS in 2003 and was doing well until this past Fall 2016. Liz was walking independently in October, using a walker in November and into a wheelchair in December. This was all a result of a
major and multiple "Relapses" causing many lesions in the brain and spine.
Liz is currently at Trinity Care Center in Farmington, Mn
receiving nursing care, physical therapy and occupational therapy
We are in need of a wheelchair accessible Van. We have need for this transportation for Liz to participate in all the childrens school and church functions, Doctors appointments and also to go to family outings.
There will also be a need to purchase a wheelchair for Liz and medical expenses.
For direct donations, checks can be made out to
" Adams Family " and can be sent or dropped off at:
1. The First State Bank
3025 145th St West
Rosemount, Mn 55068
OR
2. The Church of St. Joseph office
Rosemount
We so appreciate your contributions toward Liz's medical expenses!

Good News Everyone,
Liz has moved from the Trinity Care Center to the
Bryant Cottage in Burnsville. It is a Group home with
4 residents. Each resident has their own bedroom
and lots of community space. On main floor, there is
a living room open to the dining area which is an
extension of the kitchen. There is a deck off the
dining area. Downstairs there is a huge great room
with a fully equipped kitchen and covered patio.
There is a wheelchair lift ( which transports Liz in
her chair with another person on the lift )so Liz has
availability to lower level at any time.
Liz has daily needs that this group home can offer
that Liz can't get at home
The house is open for visitors at any time.
Thanks for the continued support and blessings to
all

Patty This sounds like a great move for Liz. I hope all goes well for her. So glad she has her own room. That is huge. I am sure the kids will visit her very often. Hugs and prayers, Angie
Hello Patty, this is Brady Davis, a friend of Isaacs from back at college. My thoughts and prayers go out to Liz and the Adams family, definitely a though battle against MS. I hope she's pulling through and pray for the best!
