Littleton Studio School:
We’re a not-for-profit school serving the greater Littleton community in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. We teach students of all ages, at all levels of experience. The school features a pottery and jewelry studio where adult and youth classes are led by juried League members and professional local artists. We have a growing number of classes and workshops in painting, drawing, fiber arts, blacksmithing and basketry, as well.
It’s our 10th anniversary, and the original studio concept has worked almost too well…
Maybe it’s the crisp mountain air, but there are a lot of creative souls around us looking to advance their skills. Which is inspiring! We’ve grown steadily for a decade, becoming the heart of the arts landscape in the north country. As a result, we’ve outgrown our current space. We’re passionate about serving the community, and want to be able to answer every time someone knocks on the studio door seeking new skills. If this campaign yields a larger canvas, residents will surely fill it with imagination.
Our Fundraising Goal:
We need to raise $18,000 in all – and, good news! – our efforts have already resulted in a $10,000 grant from Jane’s Trust. That leaves $8,000 with which to outfit the new, larger space we’ve secured at a building called 23 Ammonoosuc along with other like-minded organizations. Your donation will help us afford paint, flooring, sinks, electrical work and lumber. Did we mention the amazing new location? Right down the street from our current setting, with a beautiful view of the Ammonoosuc River. Please consider making a donation to help us reach our goal by the move-in date: November 1, 2018.

We educate students in a variety of art media, providing the space, tools, guidance, and encouragement they require to realize their potential. In doing so, we support the community beyond our doors as well, fostering a society where imagination and curiosity flourish.
