Little Oak Needs Surgery
Donation protected
Our little family is made up my fiancé Tanner and our two fur babies, Alaska and Oakley. We welcomed Oakley into our family in March. He is the sweetest, funniest and most loving Basset Hound puppy. We truly believe that pets are family.
A few months ago we noticed that Oakley was limping a little this was concerning to us, as he just did not seem to be as playful as he usually was. We saved for the x rays needed to figure out what was going on with Oakley. They informed us that Oakley has UAP. This basically means that Little Oaks elbows are not attached. The only way to fix this problem and alviate his pain is through surgery. This surgery places screws to reattach his elbow.
We do not currently have the disposable income to pay for the cost of surgery to fix his sweet little elbows. We are confident that our little man is a fighter and is so strong. We know with the surgery he will be happy healthy and live a long life.
So we are reaching out to see if you could help us in raising the funds needed to provide Oakley with this necessary surgery. Thank you for your time, consideration, thoughts and prayers.
Additional funds that are raised will be donated to the Carolina Basset Hound Resuce. This is an amazing organization that provides so many second chances for Basset Hounds.
Again thank you for your support!
