Little Mark’s parents now have enough for their son’s funeral. The money remaining in the account after his funeral will be donated to childhood cancer research in Little Mark’s memory :) Thank you all for your love and support for the Drew family!!
On Tuesday, November 21st, 10 year old “Little Mark” Drew gained his angel wings. After years of traveling for treatments and clinical trials, the Drew family is presented with a new problem: paying for Little Mark’s funeral. His parents, Mark and Bobbette Drew have asked for help with funeral expenses. This is little Mark’s story:
Little Mark was a 5 year old boy with abdominal pain. His parents took him to the hospital on more than 1 occasion and they were told the same thing over and over: constipation. Until one day Little Mark could no longer move his legs. He was taken by ambulance to Vanderbilt where they found the tumor pressing on his spine. He was then diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma.
Little Mark went through numerous surgeries, chemotherapy and over 20 rounds of radiation.
Little Mark fought for half of his life.
