Little Kira needs liver transplantatation

Dear friends, maximum attention and maximum repost, please. Kira Pivtorak from Ukraine 16 months old urgently needs a liver transplant.
Diagnosis - atresia of the biliary tract of the liver. The postoperative condition of the child after Kasai intervention now - cholestatic hepatitis, encephalopathy, partial intestinal obstruction, anaemia. Sounds horrible, no? For a baby of 16 months as well as for her mother her little life from the very beginning has become an everyday fight. Fight for a chance to live, to laugh, to love, to observe the life.
We, a team of volunteers Latona asbl (Brussels based), Nadezhda Kiseleva (volunteer, Ukraine), Irina Tkach (Kira’s mother, Ukraine) are urgently raising operation fee for liver transplantation in Italy at the International Transplant Center in Palermo (ISMETT). Kira will be operated by one of the best transplantologists of the world, a man with a huge heart and golden hands, who saved many lives – Jean de Ville de Goyet. For the transplantation we need to collect the entire amount - 115,000 euros. As well as additional expenses (which are not yet calculated).
Kira has a terrible disease that does not tolerate delay. According to the last assessment, her health condition is severe stable. But analysis are constantly changing from stable to critical numbers. At the moment she is in intensive care. Every day for her and her mother is a struggle for survival!
We appeal to every one of you not to leave the family alone at this moment. Any help is a step towards the possibility of giving the child a chance to life. Financial, informational, and simply your prayers are unaccountable to the family at the moment!
