Lisa Needs our Help!

Anyone who knows Lisa Davis, knows she is the first person to step up when others are in need. She would give you the shirt off her back and her last dime if she thought you needed it.  And that same Lisa Davis would also never dream of asking for help for herself if she found herself in a tight spot or a predicament. But life dealt her a dirty blow about 3 weeks ago and she needs our help. So I am reaching out to everyone to come together and  give her a helping hand. Lisa was sitting at her desk several mornings ago getting logged into her workstation when she suffered a seizure.  After being admitted into the ICU and several tests later, she was diagnosed with Glioblastoma, a very aggressive form of brain cancer (You might have heard about this kind of cancer as it has made the news recently with John McCain and Joe Biden's son Beau, both had this same kind of tumor). With daily chemo and radiation treatments on top of the  recent hospital stay in ICU, her out of pocket costs are mounting faster and faster and she is finding it very difficult to keep up, and it's causing undue anxiety and stress that she just doesn't need right now.  She needs to be worrying about kicking cancer's butt, not worrying about how to pay to kick cancer's butt. And that is where we all come in.....
we can take the worry of these daily co-pays off of her so that all she has to do is focus on beating cancer. So come on everyone, look under your couch seats, clean out all the change from the console in your cars and maybe even give up that gourmet coffee on the way to work for a day or two to do some real good for a real good person.
