Hearing Dogs Change Lives

I am raising funds for Lion Hearing Dogs Australia.  I recently lost my hearing dog LUNA, to a red belly black snake bite and Lions Hearing Dogs are in the process of finding a suitable replacement dog for me which is an expensive process and your support would be greatly appreciated.

It costs  $30,000 to train and deliver a hearing dog to a hearing loss recipient. The dogs are trained to common houshold sounds, house phone, mobile, door bell, door knock, oven timer, smoke alarm even a baby cry if needed. They physically alert their owner to the sound by placing a paw on the owner's leg.  

Deafness is an unseen disability. It can bring feelings of isolation, loneliness and a loss of independence even a lack of security in their own home.  Hearing dogs help give their owners the confidence to get back into society and to become members of their community again and can potentially save a life.

Lions Hearing Dogs is a Not-For-Profit Organisation that source, train and deliver dogs to people suffering deafness and hearing loss and your kind donation will help those in need of essential assistance.
