My dear friends and family,

 Although this is a difficult post for Linda Lee to write, I’m delighted to help her make this request. She has joined the ranks of people stricken with oral cancer.

In her case, the tumor is on the base of her tongue on the right side. She caught it early, having been officially diagnosed via an MRI in April 2016.

After consulting with two renowned surgeons who specialize in treating throat and oral cancers it was clear, No traditional MD would treat her without removing her tongue and lymph nodes in her neck.

That would mean she would never taste food again and she would have to re-learn how to speak.  She went the alternative route, and so far she has prevented its spread. She chose to shore up her own immune system, rather than destroy it with chemo, radiation and surgery.

Here’s the rub: no insurance company nor Medicare will pay for any alternative therapies.

 The most important treatment for her is intravenous infusions of vitamin C (100,000 mg in one sitting). There’s only one problem – she has run out of money.

Her savings are approaching rock bottom and she is scared.  Have you ever been terrified and alone? 

Friends have set up a Go Fund Me campaign to help her continue the IV-C infusions - they cost $400 each, and she needs three a week.
