Lily's Surgery (NEW GOAL 9/25)

As I write this, my sweet Lily is in surgery where she's undergoing multiple dental extractions due to resorption problems under the gumline. Unfortunately, this disorder has no known cause and is likely the result of a combination of genetic predispotition and the fact that Lily is a runt and a rescue.

We've received a couple of incredibly generous off-site donations. I'm adjusting the goal to reflect this. We're almost there! Than you so much to everyone who's contributed and continues to share!

I do have insurance for Lily because I know vet bills happen. Unfortunately, dental care falls into a serious grey area for coverage, and my insurance will not cover anything but accidental trauma. This leaves me with the entire bill, due in the first week of October. I'm attaching all invoices so you guys can see exactly where the money is going. The goal amount is set to cover the bill and part of the gofundme fees.
Lily is my support animal. She's the reason I'm able to pursue my education, she's the best cuddle buddy in the world, and she never asks for anything except love in return. This comes at a particularly difficult financial time for me so if you can spare anything at all to help me pay for her treatment, we'll both be forever grateful.
