Living in Los Angeles trying to figure out who I am & what I truly want for this life, while working an average of 40 hours a week, it’s just enough to pay my rent and get a couple groceries here and there! Being a transgender woman is one of the biggest blessings, but also insanely hard for many reasons. One of those being I can’t afford the treatment/gender confirming medicine and procedures that people of the transgender community NEED to progress in their life. There are many things included in this process, such as hormones, therapy, doctors appointments, breast augmentation, gender confirming surgery (bottom surgery, FFS (facial feminization surgery) and so many other things that i need to continue this journey. I just recently started doing my weekly estrogen shots & taking testosterone blockers, so the next steps include different procedures.
